Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care to our patients; therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (714) 505-3636, (562) 431-1920 or info@softtouchendodontics.com. We will respond promptly. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For your convenience, we will submit a claim to your insurance company for you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. All necessary co-payments will be collected on the date of service. If the insurance company does not cover your procedure, you are responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance company has paid. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
